Prerequisite(s): ARST 203 or ARMJ 210. Traditional techniques, advanced design concepts and techniques. 1 hour lecture, 3 hours studio.

ARMJ 400  Metalwork and Jewelry, Advanced 3 Credits


Prerequisite(s): ARMJ 300. Coninuation of ARMJ 300. May be repeated for a maximum of nine credits. 4 hours studio.

ARMJ 450  Independent Study in Metalwork and Jewelry 3 Credits


Prerequisite(s): ARMJ 300 and departmental approval. Topics for investigation selected with the approval of the instructor. May be repeated three times for a maximum of 9.0 credits.

Designing jewelry and small sculpture in varied metals; the techniques of flat sheet metal and casting. 1 hour lecture, 3 hours studio.
